National Registry for Concession project is accomplished after assigned by Council of Ministers public procurement.
The aim of the project is creation and implantation of national registry for state and municipal concessions.
National Registry for Concession is operated by Council of Ministers administration. Here is kept information over article 30 from Law of concessions, for all granted concessions on the territory of Bulgaria.
The Registry is e-database.
The Registry is public accessible through Council of Ministers Web site.
Mapex JSC. covered all stages if creating of active information system – starting with installing of hardware, through developing of software to input of information for concessions.
Within this project
Mapex developed and installed application software for National Registry for concessions that consists of three software modules:
- Е-forms for input of information for new concession, input changes in registered concession and input of concession in National Registry for Concessions;
- Software for administrating the system;
- Web application for free access to input concessions in the Registry.
