Mapex developed system for scanning and digitizing
of old notary deeds in Sofia Entry Court Office.
The aim of the project was working with old
notary deeds and input of structured information
for real estate deals in “Notis” information
system for the period till Year of 1998.
Within this project we developed whole information
system that is consist of few modules for
scanning, data from notary acts input and
quality control.Key features of the program: 
- Scanning and identifying notary deeds;
- Distributing scanned documents in different data bases between operators;
- Input of structured information, independently, by two operators;
- Editing;
- Creating of database of e-documents;
- Unifying the work of the two operators /checking, clearing mistakes etc.;
- Preparing quality control reports, transferring the final version of e-document;
- Saving the scanned image in one main database.
