Mapex JSC. developed E-register for municipal ownership deeds. The information system permits input and processing of municipal ownership documents. In the "pilot" stage of the project the program was installed in Vrubnitza, Lozenetz, Sredetz and Vuzrajdane municipal offices. We are about to input it in the other municipal offices
Mapex JSC. developed E-register for municipal ownership deeds wholly with the help of the resources, given ftom Microsoft Empower partner programme.

It uses Microsoft SQL Server installed on Microsoft Windows 2000 Server. The server connection is through ODBC driver. The connection to different municipal offices is realized through VPN and leased line. The software works on erery computer with Windows 98/NT/2000/XP operational system.

E-register for municipal ownership deeds software permits input of new deed, editing and correction of existing deed, scanning of the original of the document, keeping of e-arcive, inquiries, settings etc. On the left side of the monitor on a tree structure we can follow the history of changes in the document and all the document processing.

Municipal ownership deeds we input in software "e-form" that contains 4 sections of information:

• deed information
• property information
• information for persons who have rights over the property
• rights information
