iSofMap is an Internet application for prompt, easy, and convenient access to up to date, accurate, and reliable information about the survey map of Sofia city. This system makes it possible for you to find a building, an estate, a parcel or other geographical objects, using easy and fast methods of research – address, cadastre number, map sheet, town-planning map or other geographical indicators. The Internet portal of iSofMap is located at ims.gis-sofia.bg

iSofMap has at its disposal a current electronic map, which reflects the cadastre of Sofia city to the smallest detail. The system is a useful tool for everyone who wants fast and easy access to any place in Sofia municipality. It is also a necessary means for a wide variety of professionals, such as estate agents, notary publics, constructors, architects and geodesic surveyors.

The information available in iSofMap is identical to the one that you will receive from Sofia Cadastre, The Administration of Architecture and Town Planning, or GIS-Sofia. This is a guarantee for the reliability and the accuracy of the information, available to you in the most prompt and convenient manner. iSofMap offers paid and free of charge services:

- Everyone who is interested can check the location of a chosen address, cadastral map with estates’ numbers, numbers and floors in buildings, regulatory town-planning maps with parcels’ numbers and structural zones for particular territory, such as the area of a chosen object (in square meters).

-Paid services give an opportunity for issuing copies from the digital cadastre, information about ownerships and owners, coordinates of the peaks of a selected estate, max. structural indicators (KINT, density of sites and height), type of the structural zones, in which the chosen objects are situated and other.

Upon the choice of an object on the map, you can see a full administrative address – district in Sofia, neighborhood, street, number/block, place (town-planning map), cadastre number of an object, and area of an estate in square meters.

The user can view and print the following information:

- Free of charge information for a chosen object – address, area, cadastre sheet and number;

- Paid information about the owners and the ownership of a selected object;

- The coordinates of the peaks of the object according to Sofia coordination system;

- Paid information about structural zones and indicators.

At the same time, the customer can see one’s credit limit and the value of the service.

Our customers can access the desired object by choosing a map or running a search by key indicators of the particular object – cadastre number, address, cadastre sheet, and other. Every customer could make an order for one or more of the chosen objects by defining the type of the service he/she is interested in. At the same time, information about price of all services and client’s credit limit status is available for reference. The system quickly processes the order received and comes out with the results in a PDF file together with detailed information about the order – date, time, user, and value. The product is preserved for 48 hours – during that time the customer can use it multiple times and this will not affect his/her credit limit. The system automatically sends these conditions by e-mail upon the completion of each order.

The customer can check the structural zones from town planning of Sofia city for each of the chosen objects. The permitted events and measures for the region, and the max. indicators for the territory – density of construction, KINT, density, landscape gardening, and max. height – are also available.
