The detailed plan is made on the ground of Land use plan of Sozopol municipality and making of Master plan of lands of Rosen village. It corresponds to long-term plans of investor for building of new settlement with predominant resort functions. It is foreseen to be realize on three phases. The detailed plan is only for first phase. In every phase the building of vacation houses will be made round golf with 9 holes and central zone for services, golf hotel and club. Three parts are connected to settlement’s green system in which are developed pedestrian and bicycle routes.
