The object is situated eastern from Sarafovo, Burgas city. It is bounded on the north by road I class E-87, on west by Managed Reserve Atanasovsko lake Buffer zone and on south by Black sea. The project includes proposal for changes of Master plan of Burgas municipality and detailed plan for territory of Kusheto, which will be develop as recreation zone with service functions. The foreseeing parks in zones with restrict building with the purpose of protecting biological variety and on the cost will realize important relations with the green system of Burgas. In long-term perspective is proposed to be build Marina and yacht port in the north part and exhibition and balneological complex.
